How We Calculate This

Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) includes three components:

CLV = First Job + (Repeat Jobs × Years) + (Referrals × Their CLV)
  • First Job: Initial service that brings the customer in
  • Repeat Business: Ongoing maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
  • Referral Value: New customers they send your way (calculated at 50% CLV to avoid infinite recursion)
